Position

Laura is counsel in our London office and acts on a wide range of banking, real estate finance, corporate finance and fund finance matters. She specialises in advising international financial institutions and corporate borrowers in relation to real estate finance transactions and funds finance transactions involving Jersey structures.

Laura has experience of acting on a number of high value and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Career

Laura joined Carey Olsen in 2011. From 2014 she spent three years in the real estate finance team in the London office of Berwin Leighton Paisner. She re-joined Carey Olsen in June 2017.

Laura trained and qualified as a Scottish Solicitor CCW LLP.
