Kristina is an associate in Carey Olsen’s corporate team in the Cayman Islands. She assists with a range of corporate, banking and finance matters.
Career
Prior to joining Carey Olsen, Kristina was with Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett LLP in London where she gained experience in a variety of real estate finance, leveraged finance and general banking transactions and spent nine months on secondment at The Blackstone Group. Kristina trained as a solicitor with Allen & Overy in London and was also previously with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Frankfurt.
Kristina was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2014.
Education
She attended the University of St Andrews and graduated with first class honours in Modern History.
