Position
Jason Mbakwe is an associate in Carey Olsen’s dispute resolution and litigation team. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, cross-border insolvencies and white collar crime. Jason advises on a broad range of commercial litigation, including commercial contract disputes, insolvency litigation, internal corporate investigations, regulatory investigations and defending clients against government enforcement agencies.
Career
Before joining Carey Olsen, Jason trained and qualified in the London office of Morrison & Foerster and also practised at Dechert in London.
Languages
Jason is proficient in both French and German.

Jason is a member of Young Fraud Lawyers’ Association.
Education
Jason graduated with an LLB in European Law from the University of Warwick and a diploma in German Contract Law from the University of Konstanz. He then completed the LPC at The University of Law in Moorgate, London.
