While at Clifford Chance, she worked on a range of real estate finance transactions, with a focus on mezzanine financings for debt funds and bank side senior/mezzanine financings. In 2015 Alex joined Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she focused on real estate finance transactions.
Alex joined the Banking team at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in 2016, where she specialised in sponsor side leverage acquisition finance.
