Tracey is a senior associate in the corporate team based in London. Tracey advises on a broad range of corporate, banking and finance, funds and regulatory matters, with particular focus on the establishment, regulation and management of investment funds, including advising on fund financing.

Career

Tracey qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2008.

Tracey worked as a legal assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom LLP in London before moving to Guernsey where she trained and qualified into the dispute resolution and employment team at another leading offshore law firm in 2008. Following a transfer to the corporate team in 2010, Tracey worked in both their Guernsey and London offices before joining Carey Olsen in February 2021.
