Adam is an Associate within Cains’ top tier Shipping and Aviation teams and has over 5 years’ experience advising on multi-jurisdictional aircraft and ship finance transactions for both lenders and borrowers, having joined Cains in 2013.

In addition to advising on aviation and shipping related matters, Adam also specialises in all areas of Employment and Data Protection law, principally advising employers and controllers of personal data. He also has significant experience across a wide range of banking and finance areas including acquisition, real estate finance, refinancing and general corporate matters.

Adam is regularly instructed to advise international banks and other financial institutions, multi-jurisdictional and local employers, advisory firms and corporate entities in a wide range of industry sectors
