Position

David is a Consultant within our top tier Litigation team. With a wealth of experience and expertise he is available (subject to his commitments in the Cayman Islands) to assist our advocates on a broad range of complex Manx litigation including company, commercial, trust, and regulatory matters, having had over 35 years’ experience of such matters in the Isle of Man.

David was awarded a CBE in the 2019 New Year’s Honours in recognition of his outstanding services to Manx law.

David is described in The Legal 500 UK as “one of the Manx Bar’s greatest ever legal minds, with a charm and wit that surprises many, making him a pleasure to deal with” who “brings… pragmatism and real work logic to the most complex legal and regulatory matters.
