Position

With fifteen years in investment funds working in the City of London, offshore and in-house, Oliver brings substantial experience to a wide range of investment funds and private equity0related work.

Oliver is part of Ogier's Guernsey investment funds team based in the firm's London office - he advises clients on equity fundraisings, flotations, the establishment of private equity funds, hedge funds, closed-end investment funds and financings and capital call facilities.

Career

Oliver is an English Solicitor and a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment - besides his investment funds expertise, he has also had substantial experience in coporate finance having spent almost three years at Collins Stewart (now Cannacord) and regulatory technology consultancy.

Oliver trained and qualified as an English Solicitor in the funds team of Stephenson Harwood LLP in 2004.

    The Cayman Islands Government has passed a number of amendment laws to strengthen Cayman's anti-money laundering and counter-financing of terrorism regime.
