Bradley Kruger is a partner in Ogier's Cayman team, and heads the firm's Caribbean and Asia corporate practice. Brad advises technology companies, ICO issuers and cryptocurrency fund managers and he is a member of the firm's Digital, Blockchain and Fintech group. 

He also advices on corporate and commercial transactions in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquitisitions, joint ventures and redomiciliations, as well as regulatory matters. 

Additionally, Brad advices investment funds and their managers, administrators, banks and onshore counsel with respect to investment fund structuring and set-up, reguation, coporate governance, restructuring and temrinations.


Prior to joining Ogier in 2006, Brad practiced at Fraser Milner Casgrain in Ontario (2002 - 2006) and Shearman & Sterling in California (2001).


Brad is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the State Bar of California. He is a member of the Prospectors & Developers Associate of Canada and also servces as a trustee of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce Pension Plan.


He received his Bachelor of Environmental Studies from York University, Ontario, in 1995, Master of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business, Ontario, in 1999 and Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, Ontario, in 1999.
Brad has also been admitte din Cayman Islands in 2006, Ontario in 2001 (non practising) and also California in 2001 (non practising).

The practice stands out for its experience in fund finance, particularly in relation to private equity, advising both sponsors and an increasing number of lenders; the team is also experienced in structured finance, capital markets and Stock Exchange listings, and has a robust Latin American banking and finance practice. The practice advised PCMS Group, a provider of point-of-sale software for major retailers, on the listing by Torwood Midco of secured loan notes on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. Angus Davison is the global banking and finance head; James Heinicke is the global fund finance head. It advises on all aspects of the investment fund life-cycle, as well as downstream transactional matters, and assists with the full spectrum of fund structures, including hedge, private equity, real estate, venture, cryptocurrency and hybrid. The team advised Aryeh Capital Management as offshore counsel on a master-feeder fund launch that involved a Cayman-exempted limited partnership as the master fund and Canadian, US and Cayman feeder funds. Giorgio Subiotto is global investment funds head; Nick Rogers is private equity and cryptocurrency funds head; and James Bergstrom is the principal architect of the firm's investment funds practice.
