Joanna is a specialist funds and regulatory lawyer, with a focus on venture capital and private equity funds.
Joanna advises on a wide variety of matters including investment funds, regulatory issues, banking and corporate transactions.
Joanna deals with all aspects of investment funds – in addition to her involvement in fund launches and the establishment of co-investment and carry vehicles, Joanna provides advice to a variety of funds on an ongoing basis with a particular focus on private equity and venture capital. Joanna also advises on fund marketing, Jersey financial services regulatory law and AIFMD.
Memberships
Joanna is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales and has an MA Hons degree in Geography from Keble College, Oxford.
