Bradley Kruger is a partner in Ogier’s Cayman team, and heads the firm’s Caribbean and Asia corporate practice. Brad advises technology companies, ICO issuers and cryptocurrency fund managers and he is a member of the firm’s Digital, Blockchain and Fintech group.
He also advices on corporate and commercial transactions in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquitisitions, joint ventures and redomiciliations, as well as regulatory matters.
Additionally, Brad advices investment funds and their managers, administrators, banks and onshore counsel with respect to investment fund structuring and set-up, reguation, coporate governance, restructuring and temrinations.
Prior to joining Ogier in 2006, Brad practiced at Fraser Milner Casgrain in Ontario (2002 – 2006) and Shearman & Sterling in California (2001).
Brad is a member of the Cayman Islands Law Society, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the State Bar of California. He is a member of the Prospectors & Developers Associate of Canada and also servces as a trustee of the Cayman Islands Chamber of Commerce Pension Plan.
He received his Bachelor of Environmental Studies from York University, Ontario, in 1995, Master of Business Administration from Schulich School of Business, Ontario, in 1999 and Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, Ontario, in 1999.
Brad has also been admitte din Cayman Islands in 2006, Ontario in 2001 (non practising) and also California in 2001 (non practising).
Fielding a sizeable, cross-disciplinary team, the ‘incredibly astute and detail-oriented‘ Ogier is well-positioned to advise on the full scope of banking, finance, and capital markets work, ranging from loan facilities and note issuances to SPAC IPOs, where practice chair Angus Davison is a key contact.
