In addition to its North American fund connections, the firm also has a strong Latin America practice that is overseen by Giorgio Subiotto, who is ‘great in working with international deals due to language skills and knowledge’. Private equity and crypto funds expert Nick Rogers , regulatory expert Joanne Huckle , hedge fund specialist Justin Savage and Angus Davison are other key members of the group, which in February 2021 saw the promotions of Tim Cone and Emma Sutherland to partner. At counsel level, Barry McEwan is a key name to note.
