Position

Bruce is Partner and heads up the City based arm of Bedell Cristin’s Jersey law practice and has extensive experience in structuring and advising on a range of investment funds, corporate and finance transactions. Bruce has developed particular expertise advising on the listing of UK REITs on The International Stock Exchange (TISE).

Before focussing on Jersey law, Bruce spent five years with Dundas & Wilson specialising in corporate and banking transactions and two years at Standard Life where he worked on corporate and regulatory matters relating to Standard Life’s international businesses and on the company’s demutualisation and flotation.
