Danielle Holliday specialises in civil litigation and remains a key player in a number of high profile, ground-breaking cases. Her experience in civil litigation includes complex, high value personal injury claims, professional negligence, disciplinary proceedings and group litigation.

She is currently representing 1,200 victims and their families at the Infected Blood Public Inquiry, as well as 500+ people in relation to the concurrent ‘Contaminated Blood Products Group Litigation Order’ in the High Court.

Danielle also worked on the landmark negligence claim against Corby Borough Council, on behalf of children suffering significant birth defects owing to their mother’s exposure to toxic waste during the demolition of the British Steel Works in Corby.

She also had leading roles in the appeal to the House of Lords in Kerrie Gray v Thames Trains and Network Rail, and the Buncefield Oil Terminal litigation before the Commercial Court.
