As Counsel in our Jersey property practice, I specialise in all aspects of Jersey commercial property work including: commercial sales, acquisitions, leasehold matters and commercial lending and borrowing. I also enjoy a particular expertise in complex or novel development structuring.
Career
I have a particular interest in development structuring as well as leisure and retail transactions and complex or high-value residential sales and purchases.
Prior to joining Mourant Ozannes, I was a Partner at two other Jersey law firms between 2008 and 2015.
