Jacqueline has worked on many innovative securitisations, asset backed financing, commercial property financing structures and investment funds for over thirty years. Her investment funds expertise is focussed on private equity and property funds. Among other investment houses, Jacqueline has advised the CVC Capital Partners Group of companies, Investindustrial, Nordic Capital, Schroders, TIAA Henderson Real Estate.
