Neal is a Partner in our Cayman Islands office, specialising in all aspects of corporate work.

Position

Neal has extensive experience advising clients on the establishment and restructuring of Cayman Islands hedge funds and private equity funds.

His wide-ranging corporate and commercial experience includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, SPACs and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings.

Career

Prior to moving to the Cayman Islands in 2003, Neal practised with Skadden, Arps and Simmons & Simmons in London, and with ENS in Johannesburg.
