Wrigleys Solicitors LLP's trusts and tax team is jointly led by Andrew Wriglesworth and Marie-Louise Hamilton and acts for landowners and family-run businesses in this area, as well as being instructed to manage trusts. Sheffield-based Lynne Bradey leads a team specialising in providing wills, trusts and probate advice to injured, disabled and vulnerable individuals. The group has broad expertise and is able to advise in complex matters. A team, led by Julia Boyes, recently advised a major landed estate in North Yorkshire around issues of capital gains tax, inheritance tax, stamp duty land tax implications and partnership law in the reorganisation of a trust. Thomas Wainman was promoted to partner. Peter Greswold and Philip Nelson both departed the team to join Raworths and Harrowells Solicitors respectively. Senior partner Matthew Wrigley sadly passed away.
