Ian specialises in assisting and advising clients with regard to the management of their financial affairs following injury, illness or disability.
Ian works closely with clients who are mentally incapable of managing their own affairs and their families. These include personal injury clients who have suffered a severe brain injury, elderly clients and those with a range of other disabilities.
He also advises clients about setting up Personal Injury Trusts to their protect entitlement to means tested benefits or care services
Ian is a director of Wrigleys Trustees Limited, a trust corporation established to take on appointments to act as Deputy, Trustee or Attorney for clients who require the assistance of a professional.
Ian has spoken widely to conferences, professional and voluntary groups on subjects relating to disability and the management of financial affairs.
