The team deals with highly complex matters, which attracts a client base formed of three main sectors – farming and land-owners; family business owners; and injured, disabled and vulnerable individuals. Its workload involves high-value asset division disputes, with a focus on landed estates, trusts, succession arrangements and heritage assets.
