Director – Sarah has specialised in family law throughout her career, dealing with divorce and the resolution of financial matters. She has considerable experience of high-profile cases and those involving high net assets. Sarah regularly acts for clients where complex property and business arrangements are involved.

Sarah has vast knowledge and significant experience with civil partnerships and same-sex relationships, her work in this area is highly regarded as she is an authority in her field. Sarah is experienced in advising unmarried clients in relation to matters involving cohabitees and the resolution of financial and property arrangements.

Sarah regularly acts in private law children matters, including cases involving jurisdictional consideration and those which deal with relocation applications. Sarah also handles cases involving Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.
