Tracey has over 20 years’ experience across the full range of real estate disciplines. She specialises in handling land assembly and development projects in both commercial and residential spheres and has advised both developers and corporate occupiers on significant office developments and forward funding deals.

Tracey is regularly sought out by house builders and landowners to negotiate and implement complex option arrangements and promotion agreements. She also has a particular interest in the emerging Build to Rent and senior living sectors.
