Position

Bryan is a partner in Brodies oil & gas team and has extensive experience in upstream oil & gas agreements and service sector work. He has more than 30 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, working in Aberdeen, the Middle East and Scandinavia and has considerable experience of working in-house as well as in private practice.

Bryan advises clients on high value and often complex projects in circumstances where diverse and often conflicting strategies prevent economic projects from being developed. He negotiates and clarifies legal and business drivers to enable both upstream and service sector clients to make sensible and pragmatic strategic and tactical decisions.
