Douglas Crawford is Head of Private Equity and a Partner in Brodies Corporate Group.  He is involved in the provision of legal and deal management services in the UK merger and acquisitions and private equity markets and acts in acquisition and sale transactions, management buy-outs and buy-ins, development capital and equity release deals, and venture capital transactions for management teams, buyers, sellers, and funding institutions.

As well as transacting on behalf of private equity houses and corporates, Doug also advises management teams and owners/sellers on M&A and private equity issues
