Corporate partner, Julian deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a special interest in franchising; his practice includes corporate purchases and sales, and joint ventures; he also has over 15 years’ experience of rail franchising in Scotland. He has acted as reporter to the commercial court in Scotland for many of the company reorganisations, takeovers and banking and insurance business transfers in Scotland in the past 25 years.
