Position

Partner with 25 years’ experience resolving construction, infrastructure and engineering disputes.  In recent years David has been involved in some of Scotland’s largest construction disputes including issues arising from the Edinburgh Trams Project, the Edinburgh Schools PFI Project and the new Forth Crossing. He has been involved in excess of 200 adjudications and lectures regularly on construction issues to clients and the wider construction industry.
