Position

Elena heads up Brodies LLP’s insurance and risk division, as well as the firm’s specialist casualty and health and safety teams. Elena is accredited as a specialist in personal injury law by the Law Society of Scotland and has over 20 years’ experience handling a broad range of cases for insurer and self-insured clients in the Scottish Courts. Elena regularly advises clients in relation to work-related fatal accidents, high-value fire damage claims, employers’ and public liability, clinical negligence, product liability, property damage, disease, HSE prosecutions, motor, and EL/PL.
