Joan CraddenBrodies LLP

Brodies LLP‘s reputation is bolstered by its prominent position in the energy sector, largely thanks to its strong presence in Aberdeen, and its expertise in the financial services, public and transportation industries. Seasoned litigator Tony Hadden heads the practice, which handles a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, including transactional affairs; Lynne Marr is a key contact for the latter. In the contentious space, one recent dispute involved acting for M&G plc on an employment tribunal concerning claims of race discrimination. Joan Cradden is the first port of call for clients operating in the financial services sector, having handled a significant volume of industrial relations issues as well as executive hires and dismissals. Immigration expert Elaine McIlroy is another key member of the team.
