Diane is the senior partner of the firm with over 30 years’ experience of divorce and family law issues. Diane deals with all aspects of family law and specialises in UHNW financial issues arising out of relationship breakdown, advising high profile individuals seeking a discreet service.
Career
Diane founded Benussi & Co in 1993. She set up the West Midlands branch of the Solicitors Family Law Association (now known as Resolution) of which she was chairman for 3 years. She is a past President of Birmingham Law Society and former chairman of lobby group Birmingham Forward.
Diane is a published author “How not to get Divorced at Christmas”. She has her own blog (described by The Lawyer as “worth a read”) and is a regular broadcaster on television and radio and contributor to publications including The Financial Times.
