Adrian acts for both customers and suppliers of technology services, Adrian has in depth knowledge of market positions and experience across systems implementation, integration and SIAM deals, and cloud, e-commerce and digital media transactions. 

With over a decade of experience negotiating technology and outsourcing deals, including some of the highest profile transactions in the UK and Australia, Adrian is frequently instructed to lead big-ticket technology projects from procuring business critical IT platforms and applications to technology development, the implementation of consumer facing systems and complex software licensing arrangements.

It also represented Google and Samsung against Unwired Planet in patent infringement allegations, which were successfully settled. Other work highlights include advising Spotify on advertising technology and regulatory developments. Starting January 1st, 2013, a new tax law (Law No. 822, Tax Concertation Law) came into force in and completely changed the taxation system in Nicaragua. Two years later a new law was issued by the National Assembly containing more than 80 amendments, additions and repeals (Law No 891) which came into force December 18th, 2014.
