Jeremy is an IP litigator and has advised on numerous contentious matters before the courts and arbitral tribunals. His IP experience has a particular focus on trade marks, designs and copyright. In particular, he has acted in a number of high profile trade mark disputes (for example L’Oréal v eBay and Cadbury v Nestle regarding the shape of the Kit Kat).   He has appeared before the Court of Justice, General Court, High Court and Court of Appeal in relation to a wide range of industry sectors ranging from luxury products, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals to financial services. 

Jeremy is a specialist in advising on strategies to combat IP infringement in the digital world and has advised on a number of cases regarding online infringement and the use of adwords.

Jeremy has also acted in confidential information/trade secrets cases before international arbitration tribunals involving technical subjects as diverse as chemical compounds, engineering processes and trade mark licences.
