Position

Victoria joined Bristows’ media disputes team in February 2021. She regularly advises online intermediaries on high profile privacy and data protection cases.

Victoria acted on the first “Right to Be Forgotten” claims to be determined at trial in the High Court. She has also acted for mainstream media entities, including representing a leading international broadcaster and online content provider on a breach of confidence claim following its reporting on information contained in a mass data leak.

Victoria also advises clients in all sectors on data protection disputes, including in relation to threatened group actions following alleged data breaches.
