(Next Generation Partners)Gateley Plc attracts instructions from large corporates in relation to restructuring exercises, corporate transaction support, senior executive terminations and complex employment tribunal and High Court litigation. Its Nottingham office houses Andrew Macmillan , ‘an employment lawyer at the top of his field‘ and the ‘outstanding‘ Chris Kisby, both equally respected for non-contentious and contentious mandates. Senior associate Helen Webster is another central figure, advising on the full range of employment law. The team was recently strengthened with the addition of Helen Burgess, who formerly led the Nottingham employment practice at Shoosmiths LLP.
