Position

Neil specialises in commercial dispute resolution, acting for a wide range of clients in a variety of business sectors. His particular areas of specialism include breach of contract and warranty claims, breach of confidentiality, shareholder and partnership disputes.

He also has a wide range of experience in obtaining emergency relief such as search and seize orders and prohibitive injunctions.

Neil is a trustee of Birmingham Citizens’ Advice Bureau.
