Natalie Le Cras is an Senior Associate in the corporate and commercial department of Ferbrache & Farrell LLP. She was admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, having obtained an LLB Law (Hons) from University of Kent and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) from The College of Law. 

Natalie joined Ferbrache & Farrell LLP when its doors opened in November 2016, having worked in the Guernsey office of a leading global offshore law firm. Prior to that, Natalie trained, qualified and practised with Gavin Farrell at a major offshore firm in Guernsey. Her training included secondments to the finance litigation and corporate banking departments of Addleshaw Goddard in London.

Natalie practises in all areas of Guernsey corporate and commercial work, including investment funds, corporate finance, regulatory and general corporate and commercial law. She has particular expertise in the establishment, regulation and listing of investment funds, the licensing and regulation of investment fund managers, banking and finance transactions, listings on the Channel Islands Securities Exchange and advising in relation to Guernsey’s regulatory regime.
