Alastair Hargreaves is a founder and the managing partner of Ferbrache & Farrell LLP.  

Prior to setting up Ferbrache & Farrell LLP, he worked at a senior level for many years at a major global offshore law firm and before that was a partner at a Top 100 UK law firm. 

His background is in real estate, and particularly matters relating to commercial property, planning and environmental law. His practice also includes housing law, immigration and private client advice. Alastair has a reputation for being a proactive and commercially astute problem-solver with over 17 years of experience.

As an Advocate of the Royal Court, he often appears in Court and is also regularly instructed in planning law appeals. Alastair’s clients typically include owner-managed businesses, companies, families and investors.
