Alastair Hargreaves is a founder, practising Solicitor and the Managing Partner of Ferbrache & Farrell LLP.  

Prior to setting up Ferbrache & Farrell LLP, he worked as Counsel at a global offshore law firm and before that he was a Partner at a top UK law firm. 

His background is in real estate, and particularly matters relating to commercial property, planning and environmental law. His practice also includes housing law, immigration and private client advice. Alastair has a reputation for being a proactive and commercially astute problem-solver with over 20 years of experience.

As an Advocate of the Royal Court, he often appears in Court and is also regularly instructed in planning law appeals. Alastair’s clients typically include owner-managed businesses, companies, banks, families and investors.
