Career

Joshua joined Ferbrache & Farrell in October 2020 as an associate in the Corporate and Commercial team. 

Joshua has previously worked in-house as Corporate Counsel at Specsavers Optical Group with a focus on the supply chain function across the multi-jurisdictional business, and as Governance/Company Secretarial Officer at a local trust company. 

Joshua studied History at the University of Cambridge prior to a career in theatre production in the UK. Following a move to Guernsey, he worked for another local law firm in the civil litigation team first as a paralegal and later as an associate, having studied for the Graduate Diploma in Law with Bournemouth University via the Guernsey Training Agency and subsequently the Bar Professional Training Course at Manchester Law School. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales in July 2016.

Joshua advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, asset management, investment funds and general corporate and regulatory issues.

Education
