Vanessa Ganguin is a Director (Senior Partner) and head of UK practice at Ganguin Samartin. With over 25 years’ experience in all areas of immigration law and recognised by all of the legal directories, Vanessa advises on all aspects of corporate and personal immigration. Her clients include multinationals and SMEs in the finance, media, IT, TV and film industries, tech start-ups, high profile celebrities, high net worth and private clients. Vanessa acts in a range of matters from sponsor licence, Tier 2 and Tier 1 (Investor) and (Exceptional talent) applications to family, European free movement and nationality matters. She particularly excels in handling complex cases involving human rights issues and challenging negative decisions.  Vanessa regularly trains and speaks on immigration matters and her writings on topical immigration issues have frequently been published. Vanessa is an active member of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association of which she was appointed a trustee in November 2015.
