Career

Ash is a Partner in Brachers’ Commercial Property team and leads the Primary Care sector team.

Ash  has more than 20 years’ experience in commercial property and joined Brachers in 2002 after working at leading city firms Lawrence Graham, Decherts and Speechly Bircham. He became a partner in 2007.

He is the lead partner in the team for corporate support, acting on the property aspects of significant mergers, acquisitions, MBOs and corporate restructuring.

He also advises on the formation of GP Federations and acts for many of Kent’s NHS Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups. He is a member of the Primary Care Premises Forum.
