Career
Matthew is a Partner in our Corporate and Commercial team.
He has nearly 15 years’ experience, joining Brachers as a trainee in 2006 and qualifying into the Corporate team in 2008. He was promoted to Partner in 2015.
Matthew’s team was shortlisted for Corporate Law Firm of the Year, Deal of the Year and Private Equity/Venture Capital deal of the Year at the South East Dealmakers Awards 2021.
Matthew specialises in:
