Prospect Law Ltd focuses on energy and infrastructure work, both contentious and non-contentious. As part of a multi-disciplinary practice that also includes electrical engineers, surveyors and other sector-relevant professionals, the team is uniquely placed to take on a busy nuclear market caseload, including the operation and decommissioning of sites, in addition to shouldering the stream of renewable energy instructions, chief among which the appointment as standing adviser to a Middle Eastern government entity. Barrister Edmund Robb and regulatory specialist Edward de la Billiere, who splits his time between the East Midlands and London, are the main contacts. Other clients include Low Level Waste Repository, Envirofusion and Brooke Energy.
