The work includes both non-contentious and contentious matters. It advises on prenuptial agreements and planning through trusts, and cross-border issues concerning the enforcement of financial provision orders affecting trusts (although it does not act for parties to divorce proceedings in the main divorce proceedings). It does not undertake conveyancing but will gladly arrange it for its clients and deal on their behalf.

The firm regularly undertakes probate work for overseas lawyers, and advice on drafting or application of wills under Manx law.
