The team successfully defended (up to Supreme Court level) Kommunale Wasserwerke Leipzig, the water authority for Germany‚Äôs City of Leipzig, against an approximately ‚ā¨350m claim brought by UBS that involved the sale of derivatives and bribery and fraud issues.
