Paul Bentham head the brands and designs practice from Manchester, where James Whittaker also advises on IP rights acquisition and licensing, media, and sponsorship, with a focus on the retail and consumer goods sector. On the contentious side, Emma Armitage and associate Rachel Cook are particularly active in IP and design disputes in the retail sector.
