Libby is a Partner and head of the firm’s Banking Law Department. Libby acts for a wide range of Irish and international banks and financial institutions in relation to domestic and international bilateral and syndicated facilities, property financings, acquisition financings and work-outs and restructurings. She also provides banking legal advice to a large number of leading Irish corporates.
