At Systech Law, we recognise that the legal industry is changing
The goals of providing high quality services and delivering success remains the same but to achieve this firms need to innovate and evolve.

It is essential to have a greater understanding of our clients and cater for the unique demands of the construction industry.

My experience over the past 10 years with Systech Law has convinced me that we offer our customers a better way. Where possible, we prefer to see our lawyers operating full-time out of our customers’ head or site offices. In addition to reducing the costs of our services this approach allows a focused and flexible offering ensuring we are on hand wherever our customers projects are located across the globe.

Our diverse team of lawyers are construction law specialists who, in most cases, have spent their entire careers working on complex and high-profile international projects across a range of jurisdictions and sectors.

We understand our customer’s needs and I am in no doubt that that your business can benefit from a better way of delivering legal solutions.

Delivering efficiency
At Systech Law we pride ourselves on our ability to deliver an efficient, cost effective product without any compromise in quality or in our responsiveness and service levels.

We do not over-lawyer matters
We favour senior experienced senior practitioners. There is no learning curve and our customers get the benefit of their experiences.

Long-term relationships
We favour legal secondments which are both cost effective and deliver operational efficiencies to our customers.

Single solution
We are able to work in a truly integrated way with our colleagues at Systech. This helps to control costs by engaging less expensive resource to manage and support the more labour intense aspects of dispute management.

Early warnings and risks assessments
Whilst construction disputes are invariably complex and document heavy, an early assessment (usually with a two week turnaround) can help optimise a customer’s legal spend.

Collaboration
We work together with and support our customers to capitalise on their internal expertise and resources. Our customers are the true experts of their own business. We work with them to ensure this understanding is not lost.

Our people
The value and expertise that Systech Law brings to its customers is founded upon the quality of its people, experienced specialist construction law practitioners with sector knowledge and a commercial outlook.

It is our people that differentiate us from our competitors – they have an acute understanding of our customer’s business and the risks that are inherent in development and infrastructure industries.

Our customers operate in dynamic, highly competitive markets which, in turn, demands an agile and adaptable legal resource – our people deliver what you want, where you want it and precisely when needed.

We are used to working with new technologies and methodologies which allows our working practices to evolve with those of our customers and results in our people integrating seamlessly into our customer’s legal and commercial teams.
