Since joining Curzon Green in 2018, Kelly-Ann Welsh has become an integral and valued part of the family law team.
Kelly-Ann’s down-to-earth and friendly approach has proven popular with clients and colleagues. Her manner, experience and efficiency have secured her a raft of glowing reviews from satisfied clients, including those describing her as, “very quick thinking,” and “incredibly compassionate and patient providing invaluable advice.”
Kelly-Ann specialises in all aspects of marriage and relationship breakdown (including the resolution of complex financial issues) and child related matters (including applications for child arrangements, leave to remove, specific issues such as education and applications by grandparents). She also has a wealth of experience in obtaining injunctive relief in domestic violence cases and is used to dealing with difficult children cases involving parental alienation, allegations of psychological and physical abuse and extensive Local Authority involvement.
With 7 years PQE and an exclusive interest in family law matters, Kelly-Ann has developed a reputation as a formidable advocate and representative.
Kelly-Ann has now completed professional mediation training with Resolution.
