Partner/Solicitor with extensive experience in negotiating & litigating employment law claims, having represented employers & employees in the Employment Tribunal, High Court & their appellate jurisdictions. She specialises in complex, multi-day claims relating to discrimination, whistleblowing, harassment, victimisation, breach of contract & dismissals.  In additiion, Jennifer’s general advisory work comprises HR/ER issues, including employee exits & severance terms & drafts contracts, handbooks, policies & settlement agreements. Commercial clients range from SMEs to international companies & include household names, a charity, a public body, a national construction company, digital media companies, firms of accountants, financial advisers & solicitors, car rental companies & a number of recruitment businesses.

Jennifer’s property law experience has included multi-million pound residential & commercial transactions. She frequently acts in SIPP fund acquisitons & disposals.

Her commercial work includes drafting terms & conditions for a wide range of companies; shareholders, LLP & partnership agreements; reviewing & amending commercial contracts. She regularly acts for outgoing employee/shareholders in corporate M&A & has acted for sellers and purchasers in share and asset transfers. She can provide general shareholder and board advice.
