Tamlyn is one of the founding partners of Edmonds Marshall McMahon. The firm is staffed by highly experienced prosecutors and offers tailor-made private prosecution services to companies and individuals. Tamlyn has dealt with a number of cases on behalf of companies and individuals including: serious fraud, trade mark offences, international crime (including challenging Interpol Red Notices), perverting the course of justice, harassment, misconduct in a public office, blackmail, reputational management cases and injunctive relief. Tamlyn has considerable experience in restraint and confiscation and subsequent enforcement, having obtained confiscation orders in excess of £1m, which she subsequently ensures are robustly enforced. She also has significant experience in the area of extradition, both within and outside the EU. Tamlyn is highly regarded by her clients and is known for her exceptional grasp of criminal law and procedure, and her imaginative approach to ensuring her clients achieve the best results.
